ZAGREB, Nov 15 (Hina) - Croatian Defence Minister Zeljka Antunovic told reporters on Saturday that 12 active military officials were engaged in pre-election activities and that this was against the law.

The ministry is in the process of collecting data from the State
Electoral Commission and disciplinary proceedings have been, are
or will be launched against those persons, Antunovic said, adding
that some proceedings might end in termination of military
service.
Spokesman Davor Denkovski said the ministry did not want to
disclose the names of the persons in question until it received
confirmation from the State Electoral Commission, expected on
Monday.
