Presenting the party platform, DSU candidate Vinko Hrkac said if elected, the party would right the wrongs done to the socially most endangered citizens. Boris Anzulovic presented his independent slate which will run in constituency no. 10 and is comprised of teachers and students from the recently abolished Split Polytechnic. The objective of the independent slate of Branko Bakula, running in constituency no. 11, the one for the diaspora, is the promotion of relations and cooperation between the Croat people in Bosnia- Herzegovina and Croatia, Franjo Ljubic told Croatian Television. Presenting the election platform of the Human Rights Movement, Rikard Moritz advocated the abolishment of profit tax in order to legalise grey economy and attract foreign investments. Franjo Odobasic, who is heading the independent list of Farmer Associations, said he would represent farmers and workers who could not provide for their families due to low earnings. The Pensioner Party Split advocates the return of the debt to pensioners and equal opportunities for all, said Stanislav Jelaca, presenting the party platform. The platform of the coalition comprising the Croatian Democratic Peasant Party, the Croatian Democratic Centre and the Democratic Prigorje-Zagreb Party was also presented on Croatian television on Wednesday evening.
