More than 360,000 Croatian citizens with and without permanent
residence in Croatia, who will be abroad during the elections, will
be able to cast their votes at 155 polling stations in 40
countries.
The number of polling stations for out-of-country voting stayed the
same in all countries except Serbia and Montenegro, where it was
increased from three to six.
The ministry dismissed requests that the number of polling stations
be increased even more, estimating that two polling stations in
Belgrade, Subotica and Kotor each are sufficient. Voters in other
countries must travel greater distances to cast their votes, the
ministry said.
