BELGRADE: SNS CALLS ON SERBS TO VOTE AT NOV 23 ELECTION

BELGRADE, Nov 17 (Hina) - The president of the Serb People's Party (SNS), Milan Djukic, in Belgrade on Monday called on Serb refugees living in Serbia and Montenegro to go to the polls at the November 23 Croatian parliamentary elections and vote for the SNS. #L# Djukic told a news conference that Serbs in Croatia were in a very difficult position because the authorities deny their fundamental human rights, the right to work, equality and the protection of private property. Djukic said Croatia's judiciary was ethnically coloured and corrupted. The SNS president stressed his party advocated the return of Croatian Serbs and the definition of Croatia as a civil state because "until this happens Serbs will continue to be treated as second class citizens".
