OSIJEK, Nov 12 (Hina) - Croatian Highways and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Osijek on Wednesday signed a loan agreement worth EUR45 million earmarked for the construction of the last section of the
Zagreb-Lipovac highway (the 29.4-km-long Zupanja-Lipovac section).
OSIJEK, Nov 12 (Hina) - Croatian Highways and the European Bank for
Reconstruction and Development in Osijek on Wednesday signed a loan
agreement worth EUR45 million earmarked for the construction of the
last section of the Zagreb-Lipovac highway (the 29.4-km-long
Zupanja-Lipovac section). #L#
The beginning of the construction is scheduled for spring 2004 and
the section should be opened for traffic by the end of 2006. This
will mark the completion of the Croatian part of the corridor
Ljubljana-Bregana-Zagreb-Lipovac-Belgrade.
