ZAGREB, Oct 31 (Hina) - The Croatian Chamber of Trades (HOK), the Ministry of Education and Sports, and the French Embassy in Zagreb on Friday signed an annex to an agreement on partnership on resuming cooperation in the professional
education of caterers for this year.

Under the agreement, on 3-7 November a seminar for sommeliers will
be organised in Pozega, while on 17-21 November Zagreb will host a
seminar in French culinary, pastry and serving terminology for
trades people, employees in the trades sector and teachers in
tourist schools.
