Linic and Jurjevic today held a news conference in Split, where they
spoke about the incident in Imotski.
"If Sanader does not want to speak with me, I would like to confront
other candidates on election slates because it is very important to
give an answer as to whether the Croatian authorities have embarked
on a development path in the past four years," Linic said commenting
on Sanader's describing him and Jurjevic at a rally in Imotski as
people who were coming to destroy Split and Dalmatia.
Jurjevic reiterated that Sanader's "hate language" caused
yesterday's incident and called on parties to refrain from using
such methods.
