entity, Dragan Covic, on Tuesday. #L#
Prosper and Covic signed a joint statement calling on all citizens
of Republika Srpska, officials and police and military officers to
help in meeting Republika Srpska's commitments towards the
International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and help
arrest war crimes suspects - primarily Radovan Karadzic and Ratko
Mladic.
Reminding that the U.S. government is ready to pay US$5 million for
information which would lead to the arrest of the two war criminals,
Prosper stressed that Bosnia would not be able to join Euro-
Atlantic associations, NATO and Partnership for Peace programme as
long as war crimes suspects were at large.
