ZAGREB, Oct 16 (Hina) - Croatia's parliament on Thursday debated a final bill on the implementation of the Statute of the International Criminal Court and the prosecution of crimes against the international war and humanitarian
laws.

final bill on the implementation of the Statute of the
International Criminal Court and the prosecution of crimes against
the international war and humanitarian laws. #L#
Under the bill, apart from county courts in Zagreb, Rijeka, Split
and Osijek, other county courts would also be able to process war
criminals if the Supreme Court President agrees.
It was also suggested that all evidence gathered through the
International Criminal Tribunal stand in court in Croatia, namely
that there be no need to gather evidence again.
