PRISTINA, Oct 8 (Hina) - Prime Minister Bajram Rexhepi said on Wednesday he hoped the Kosovo parliament would adopt a stand on negotiations with Belgrade at the last minute, stating that he would not participate in Pristina-Belgrade
talks in Vienna on the 14th without parliament's support.

negotiations with Belgrade at the last minute, stating that he

In the meantime, international representatives in Pristina have
continued consultations with Kosovo political leaders in view of
convincing them to act in line with U.N. civil administrator Harri
Holkeri's call to participate at the Vienna talks, the local U.N.
mission (UNMIK) said, adding that local leaders had until Friday to
decide.
The first Pristina-Belgrade talks in Vienna will be attended by
representatives of the UNMIK, the European Union, the Contact
Group, NATO, and the U.S.
