"I do not believe that any special condemnation of Croatia will
ensue. We shall continue talking and negotiating in accordance with
a declaration which is to be adopted in Venice," the Croatian
minister said today commenting on Monday's statement of Slovene
Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel who said that his country would
advocate "agreement in principle as well as condemnation of
unilateralism" at the Venice meeting, set for late November.
Minister Pankretic went on to say that a draft declaration, drawn up
for the Venice event, clearly reads that precedents, adopted so
far, will be respected.
