Croatian parliament's decision to declare a fishing and ecological zone in the Adriatic Sea.
LJUBLJANA, Oct 7 (Hina) - The Slovene foreign ministry on Tuesday
evening confirmed receipt of a note from the Croatian foreign
ministry in which the ministry dismissed claims from a protest note
Slovenia forwarded following the Croatian parliament's decision to
declare a fishing and ecological zone in the Adriatic Sea. #L#
"The Croatian note dismisses claims from the Slovene Foreign
Ministry's note of October 2, forwarded immediately after Croatia
proclaimed an ecological and fishing zone. The Foreign Ministry
will carefully examine the Croatian note and act in line with its
position on the matter, which is already known to the public," reads
a statement released on the ministry's web site.
