Daci called on UN Secretary General Kofi Annan to support the head
of the UN Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK), Harri Holkeri, and enable the
Kosovo government to expand jurisdiction to issues which would be
discussed in Vienna so as to set up the ministries of justice and
interior, which would be headed by Kosovo and UNMIK officials.
Daci said the participation of the Kosovo delegation in the Vienna
talks was still being discussed with representatives of leading
Western countries and the UNMIK.
