NEW LEADERSHIPS OF EUROPEAN HOUSE AND EUROPEAN MOVEMENT

ZAGREB -- The new leaderships of the Croatian House Zagreb and the European Movement Croatia were elected on Thursday at an extraordinary electoral convention in Zagreb. #L# The new statutes of the two societies were also adopted. The newly-elected main committee of the European Movement will appoint in some ten days the new secretary general. Since July this year the acting secretary-general has been Renata Bacic. She replaced Ljubomir Cucic who had to step down after his wife accused him of physical and mental abuse. (hina) ms
