ZAGREB, Sept 17 (Hina) - Croatia's permanent representative to the Council of Europe, Ambassador Neven Madey, on Wednesday presented Council of Europe Secretary Walter Schwimmer with a document ratifying the European framework
convention on cross-border cooperation between territorial units or authorities, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

Council of Europe Secretary Walter Schwimmer with a document
ratifying the European framework convention on cross-border
cooperation between territorial units or authorities, the Foreign

On this occasion, Madey signed two new legal instruments of the
Council of Europe -- the supplementary protocol to the criminal law
convention and the protocol amending the European convention on
prevention of terrorism.
