conviction that one can expect the ratification of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between Croatia and the EU in the UK parliament to be unfrozen after his visit to Great Britain. "I believe we can expect the process to be unfrozen," Racan told a news conference in Zagreb. He said he based his optimism on the impression he got during his stay in London and talks he held with top British officials. "I'm under the impression that they showed understanding about our standpoints and arguments. We shall see how fast this will be realised through concrete political moves," said Racan.
