National Security Committee on Wednesday nominated seven members
for a Security Services Control Council. #L#
The committee will put forward a proposal to the parliament on
Thursday to approve the nominees so they can form the council a year
and a half after the adoption of the Law on Security Services.
Speaking to reporters after a closed session, committee chairman
Ante Markov said that Vlatko Cvrtila, professor of political
science, had been nominated president of the council.
