Finland is Croatia's twinning partner in the implementation of a
CARDS programme intended for the advancement and modernisation of
the Croatian justice system. The programme is financed by the
European Commission (EC).
Finland won twinning partner status at a tender invited by the EC
Office in Zagreb.
The delegation is due to meet with the presidents of the Supreme
Court, county courts in Zagreb and Split, and the municipal court in
Split.
