Opening the event, Stability Pact coordinator Erhard Busek said the
Pact did not want Kosovo to be a black hole in terms of economy and
development, but economically integrated into the region.
Busek said it was of utmost importance to make political progress
and for Pristina and Belgrade to commence talks, in which, he added,
the Stability Pact wished to help by contributing, among other
things, to transport, energetics and trade.
