bill on construction into parliamentary procedure on Thursday. The
act regulates conditions for the designing, construction, use and
removal of buildings. #L#
The purpose of the new bill is to expedite the process of issuing
building licences. It also requires the construction of wheelchair
accessible homes in larger residential establishments.
The government also adopted a draft seal act, which provides for
better protection of intellectual property and makes it possible
for Croatian business people to enjoy equal position on the market
in line with the European standards.
