This week parliament should also debate changes to the Law on the
Execution of the Government Budget for 2003.
Deputies should also consider a decision on the temporary financing
of the government in the first trimester of 2004, and reports on the
government debt, external indebtedness, and the balance of
payments.
Parliament wraps the extraordinary session at the end of the week.
Whether the first regular autumn session will be called for next
week or the week after will be known tomorrow. Under the
Constitution, parliament starts the regular autumn session on
Sept. 15.
