The Adriatic Charter on Partnership between Croatia, Albania,
Macedonia and the USA was signed in Tirana on May 2 this year by the
foreign ministers of the three countries and US State Secretary
Colin Powell.
In addition to the foreign ministers of Croatia, Albania and
Macedonia, the conference will be attended by heads of diplomacy of
other Balkan countries, representatives of NATO and the EU, and
experts from Europe and the USA, the Macedonian government reported
on Wednesday.
