and the social policy in Croatia was held in Zagreb on Thursday. The

It was said, among other things, that Croatia has one of the lowest
rates of creating new jobs among countries in transition, a mere 3.5
percent, whereas in Latvia it is 10 and in Bulgaria seven percent.
Participants proposed measures for the liberalisation of the
labour market.
