Some 100 union leaders will discuss what has been achieved in
negotiations on amendments to the Labour Act and by-laws in the
light of conclusions of an all-union assembly which took place in
February. Participants in that event agreed that in the case of a
drastic decrease of workers' rights, unions should organise a
general strike.
