ZAGREB, June 2 (Hina) - The working part of the 12th international
research seminar of NATO and the Partnership for Peace programme on
the topic of security and defence reforms in central and south-
eastern Europe began in Zagreb on Monday. #L#
The Zagreb event, which gathered about 80 participants from member-
countries of NATO and the Partnership for Peace programme, was
organised by NATO Defence College, RACVIAC, the institute for
international relations and the Atlantic Council, with the support
of Croatia's Defence Ministry.
The seminar is designed to analyse security and defence reforms in
south-eastern Europe, the role the Partnership for Peace in the
process of the said reforms and possible regional cooperation.
On behalf of the defence ministry, Jelena Grcic Polic, an assistant
of Croatian Defence Minister Zeljka Antunovic, addressed the
participants in the Zagreb event.
