BANJA LUKA, May 27 (Hina) - The Bosnian Serb entity's government will earmark 21.5 million convertible marks (approx. EUR11 million) for the return of refugees and displaced persons this year, the minister in charge of human rights
and refugees, Mirsad Kebo, said in Banja Luka on Tuesday.
