LJUBLJANA, May 13 (Hina) - Croatian Deputy Foreign Minister Ivan Simonovic and a state secretary at the Slovene foreign ministry, Iztok Mirosic, held talks about a border agreement in Ljubljana on Tuesday, the Slovene ministry said in
a statement.

The two officials assessed relations between the two countries were
good.
Mirosic said Slovenia expected the continuation of the process
leading to the enforcement of a border deal initialled by the two
countries' prime ministers which the Croatian side later
rejected.
The talks also addressed fishing zones in the Adriatic. Mirosic
said Slovenia would insist on the strictest ecological standards if
an oil pipeline was built from Russia's Samara to Croatia's
Omisalj.
