HB said the 350,000 kuna (EUR47,000) reward was an "outrageous act
whereby the state authorities, on the basis of an unfounded
indictment... are persecuting a hero of the Homeland War... as an
ordinary outlaw".
HB said the authorities, by offering the reward, "encourage
citizens to participate in their disgrace" and that this was "the
final act of criminalising the Homeland War".
