The training is part of an agreement of co-operation between the
central Dutch dockworkers' union (FNV) from Bondgenoten and the
Croatian Dockworkers' Union (SLRH) which was signed two years ago.
The objectives of co-operation between the two unions is better
information exchange an better results in union activities.
Dutch union experts will transfer their experiences in reforms and
collective negotiations and will assist in training and caring for
redundant dockworkers
