A total of 10,111 people have been arrested and 2,599 kept in
custody as part of Operation Saber following the March 12
assassination of Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic, General Sreten
Lukic, head of the Serbian interior ministry's public security
department, told a session of parliament's security committee
while presenting a detailed report on Saber during the state of
emergency.
Charges for 5,553 criminal acts have been filed against 3,198
persons.
