TV stations in Belgrade recently broadcast a video-recording
showing an event marking the anniversary of the Unit for Special
Operations, the so-called Red Berets, in Kula 1997, which was also
attended by Milorad Vucelic. The then commander of the unit was
Milorad Lukovic Legija, the principal suspect in the assassination
of Serbian Premier Zoran Djindjic on March 12.
After the recording was shown - for the first time at the trial of
former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic in The Hague - Vucelic
told reporters he had seen Lukovic two times in his life.
