Hospital patients, too, may wish to spend holidays at home, the
officials said, adding that Bobetko's condition was objectively
serious.
Bobetko was released from Zagreb's Dubrava clinic the day before
Easter and was re-admitted on Monday evening because he did not feel
well.
The government has no control over the general and considers the
"Bobetko case" closed, the officials said, adding that doctors were
in charge of assessing Bobetko's condition.
They also recalled the obligation of the Zagreb County Court to
regularly report to the U.N. tribunal about Bobetko's condition.
