vicinity of the offices of the president and vice-presidents of the
Republic of Srpska in Banja Luka on Monday morning. #L#
The posters with the image of this indictee, wanted by the UN war
crimes tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), asked "Is It a
Crime to Defend One's Own People?".
They were removed later in the day.
The incident occurred in downtown Banja Luka where guards protect
the offices of VIPs around the clock.
