A Hungarian delegation, headed by Szabo, is on a one-day visit to
Croatia.
The Hungarians informed the Croatian officials about announced
changes to a law on Hungarians living outside their homeland, to be
adopted in line with recommendations by international human rights
organisations and some neighbouring countries.
The two sides also discussed the recently adopted Croatian
constitutional law on the rights of national minorities.
They agreed that the equal treatment of all minority associations
in both countries contributed to a better position of minorities
and facilitated cooperation between the two countries.
