The Croatian head of state will hold talks with his Latvian
counterpart Vaira Vike Freiberga, Foreign Minister Sandra Kalniete
and other most senior officials.
In late 1991, Latvia was among the first countries to recognise
Croatia. The two countries have no open issued and have so far
signed a series of agreements.
