Croatian Privatisation Fund's (HFP) management board decided at a closed-door session on Tuesday.

a report on the privatisation of the Slobodna Dalmacija media
company and forward it to the government with proposals regarding
the privatisation process, the Croatian Privatisation Fund's (HFP)
management board decided at a closed-door session on Tuesday. #L#
The privatisation of the Split-based media company was one of the
items on the agenda of yesterday's session. The newly-appointed HFP
management board was acquainted with six letters of interest
regarding the purchase of 52.09% of Slobodna Dalmacija shares,
which the HFP had received since January 20, when a preliminary
invitation to bid was announced. The interested clients are
Slovenia's Delo paper, Austria's Styria, London's Watermark Media
Group, Zagreb's Slobodni mediji company, Milan Miletic - on behalf
of a group of Croatian-American business people from New York, and
the Swiss company DC PMM AG.
The next session of the HFP has been scheduled for April 28.
