example of Prevlaka proved that his country and Montenegro were

"When we realise what our strategic goals are, we easily reach
agreements, and the strategic goal is to reach European standards
and open borders," Mesic said last night.
He added that it was in the interest of Zagreb and Podgorica to
develop high-quality tourism.
