LJUBLJANA, April 9 (Hina) - Slovenia owes nothing to Croatian clients of Ljubljanska Bank Zagreb, a Slovene government representative in charge of succession to the former Yugoslavia, Rudi Gabrovec, told Slovene television Tuesday night. #L# Gabrovec said that Serbia and Monterengo, as well as Macedonia, agreed with Slovenia's stand that old foreign exchange savings should be divided in line with the territorial principle and within the framework of the succession agreement. He added that Slovenia was also not responsible for the savings which clients had not transferred to Croatian banks as public debt. According to him, those "who could not obtain the Croatian citizenship certificate" did not transfer their savings to Croatian banks. "This is Croatia's internal problem," he added. (hina) lml sb
