ZAGREB, April 9 (Hina) - Retail prices in Croatia in March this year increased by 0.4% while living costs rose by 0.5% compared to February, the Central Bureau of Statistics reported.

increased by 0.4% while living costs rose by 0.5% compared to

Compared to the same month last year, retail prices in March went up
by 1.7%, seasonal products included, and by 1.8%, seasonal products
not included. The same, low inflation rate was recorded in the
previous month.
Living costs rose by 1.4% compared to the same month last year.
Compared to December 2002, retail prices in March increased by one
percent, while living costs went up by 1.1%.
The manufacturer's prices of industrial products increased
somewhat faster than their retail prices, rising in March by 0.8%
compared to February and by 4.7% compared to March last year.
