signatures for a petition against obligatory conscription in the

The action started in Zagreb under slogans "Everybody Dismissed for
Six Months!" alluding to the current six-month conscription or "I
Alter Conscription for Examination Period".
Libra leaders explain their proposal with the current trends in
Europe where some countries have already annulled conscription
such as Great Britain, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Portugal,
and Spain. In addition, Italy ,the Czech Republic, Hungary and
Slovenia have draw up plans for this purpose.
