The government does not have the legitimacy to privatise the main
business systems or continue the reorganisation of the army in an
election year, because the parties which hold most parliamentary
seats cannot perform those tasks in an adequate manner, Djapic
believes.
The HSP will participate in elections on its own and definitely win
enough votes to pass the election threshold in seven
constituencies, Djapic said.
The HSP will insist on the State Prosecution publishing a report
with information on was amnestied and what their charges were
because it is unacceptable that those who set houses on fire and
raped are hiding behind the General Amnesty Law.
