PLOCE PORT WORKERS' COMMITTEE WANTS TO JOIN IN NEGOTIATIONS PLOCE, April 5 (Hina) - A committee in charge of protecting the rights of employees with the southern port of Ploce sent a letter to Croatian Parliament President Zlatko Tomcic, Premier Ivica Racan, state institutions and the public, suggesting the state secure unobstructed access to the port for business people from Bosnia-Herzegovina and allow the port's free zone to operate in line with liberal principles to the mutual benefit.
PLOCE, April 5 (Hina) - A committee in charge of protecting the rights of employees with the southern port of Ploce sent a letter to Croatian Parliament President Zlatko Tomcic, Premier Ivica Racan, state institutions and the public, suggesting the state secure unobstructed access to the port for business people from Bosnia- Herzegovina and allow the port's free zone to operate in line with liberal principles to the mutual benefit. #L# Commenting on the Croatian-Bosnian negotiations about the ratification of an agreement on free transit through Croatia's territory at Ploce and through Bosnia's territory at Neum, the committee suggested that Ploce's municipal and port officials join in future negotiations so they could contribute to solving the problem.
