BANJA LUKA, April 2 (Hina) - The Human Rights and Refugees Minister at the Bosnian Council of Ministers, Mirsad Kebo, held talks in Banja Luka on Wednesday with the Serb entity's prime minister, Dragan Mikerevic, about the problem of
refugee return.

Banja Luka on Wednesday with the Serb entity's prime minister,
Dragan Mikerevic, about the problem of refugee return. #L#
Kebo told reporters that everybody had the right to choose their
place of residence, but that this should not be detrimental to those
who wish to return to their pre-war homes.
This primarily concerns Serbs from Croatia, who have to move out of
other people's homes in Republika Srpska, but cannot repossess
their property in Croatia, said Kebo.
He said the problem would be discussed with Croatian authorities at
a session of the Bosnian-Croatian cooperation council in mid-
April.
