"Bosnia will insist on the application of the same rules in Bosnia-
Herzegovina and in Croatia, as it is inadmissible that some can
retain the property they recently acquired and restore their old
one, while others are left without anything," Ivanic, a Bosnian
Serb leading politician, said in Banja Luka at yesterday's news
conference.
He explained that the said agreement should incorporate the
regulation of tenancy rights and the issue of the Croatia Serb
private property.
He announced that this item would be a topic of a meeting of the
Bosnian-Croatian inter-state council, that should convene for two
weeks.
