Iraq, the ministry reported.

Tuesday discussed the possibility of the companies participating
in the post-war reconstruction of Iraq, the ministry reported. #L#
Ministry officials informed the companies' officials about the
possibilities of collecting claims for completed jobs in Iraq and
the possibility of Croatian companies participating in rebuilding
the country through the U.N.'s "Oil for Food" programme, the
ministry said.
A Croatian consulate will soon be opened in Damask, Syria, so
Croatian citizens and companies in that part of the world could
receive consular assistance and protection.
