War in Iraq cannot have a direct impact on the situation in Kosovo,
which is why the KFOR peacekeepers and the UNMIK have not planned
any additional measures to tighten security, KFOR and UNMIK
representatives told journalists in Pristina.
Representatives of Kosovo institutions have said they strongly
support the United States and its action in Iraq as they have
supported every effort the U.S. has made towards a peaceful
resolution of the crisis to date.
