Addressing reporters on Saturday, Condic also announced lawsuits
against the interior minister, Croatian Television and the
Jutarnji List daily.
"In a separate procedure we will renew a lawsuit filed with the
State Prosecution against the president and the premier for their
having violated the Constitution by making a decision to transfer
General Gotovina to The Hague and refusing to organise a referendum
for which all constitutional conditions had been met," Condic
said.
He said the only purpose of last-week's road blockades was to "make
the voice against political pressures on the Rijeka court heard".
"It was those pressures that resulted in General Mirko Norac's and
the Gospic Group's verdicts, and we only want the authorities to
stop interfering with the judiciary," Condic said.
