According to Interior Minister Sime Lucin's decision and in line
with their authority based on laws, police will prevent any attempt
of blocking roads in Croatia and intervene to secure unobstructed
freedom of movement, the ministry said in a press release.
The ministry said that such measures were not aimed at banning
peaceful protests which were in accordance to the Law on Public
Assembly, which police were informed about within the prescribed
period and which were held at locations where the rights of other
citizens were not jeopardised.
HVIDRA today told a news conference that, in cooperation with the
Croatian veterans' federation, it would blockade certain roads
across Croatia between noon and 4pm tomorrow.
