DARUVAR, March 26 (Hina) - Representatives of the office of the ASB (Arbaiter-Samariter-Bund), a humanitarian organisation of the European Union, on Wednesday handed over reconstructed water and power supply systems, a family house
and a fire station in the Djulovac and Sirac municipalities and the town of Daruvar.

(Arbaiter-Samariter-Bund), a humanitarian organisation of the
European Union, on Wednesday handed over reconstructed water and
power supply systems, a family house and a fire station in the
Djulovac and Sirac municipalities and the town of Daruvar. #L#
The head of the ASB office for Croatia, Wolfgang Gresmann, pointed
out that the CARDS programme secured 640,000 euros for
reconstruction in Djulovac and that the ASB had to date invested
about 1.6 million euros there.
He expressed his satisfaction with the reconstruction achieved so
far, which he said influenced refugee returns, but added that he
expected the Croatian government to participate in future
investments, as well as other international organisations so that
reconstruction could be accelerated.
