BUILDINGBELGRADE, March 13 (Hina) - Since yesterday scores of citizens have been arriving in front of the building of the Serbian government in Belgrade to light candles and lay flowers in tribute to the assassinated Premier Zoran Djindjic. A book of condolence was opened in the government's building today. All public services and public utilities on Thursday worked as usual, but cinema and theatre programmes were cancelled "until further notice". There will also be no sports or commercial events in Serbia for the time being. The blockade of the Belgrade airport and bus lines was lifted last night, but the customs administration and border services were ordered to step up control at all border crossings, the Belgrade media reported.
